We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spare parts management and a deep understanding of Electronic Parts Catalogues. The Spare Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing logistics, inventory, sourcing parts, and providing technical assistance to our customers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using EPC systems.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Utilize Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC), such as TecDoc, to identify and source automotive parts from various suppliers and manufacturers.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, ensuring accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Process orders from vehicle workshops, insurance companies, and parts suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers, addressing inquiries related to spare parts compatibility and usage.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and availability of parts.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to assess stock levels, identify obsolete parts, and implement inventory optimization strategies.
• Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and advancements in automotive technology.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts transactions, including sales, purchases, and returns.
