After Sales

The Automotive division is further shared by the Auto Parts & Services department. The services offered include:

  • A range of auto parts readily-available or by demand.
  • Engine & technical repairs
  • Rust proofing & installation of parking sensors.
  • Automotive beating
  • Car spray painting.
  • Paintless dent repairs (i.e removing small dents in the vehicle body without contact or damage to the car’s original paintwork. Where major repairs are concerned, these are carried out using the most modern equipment available. This is possible via the use of the appropriate measuring equipment to ensure correct body alignment as well as multi-spot welding, which is a system adopted by all vehicle manufacturers so as to ensure an original factory finish.

The Car Service Centre inspects, services and repairs an average of five passenger cars and commercial vehicles per day. Approximately one third of all vehicles worked on belong to repeat customers, which is indeed a very positive return rate.

The service centre ensures that the amount of ‘down time’ for any vehicle is kept to a bare minimum. The Service Centre also has a proven track record for any tailor-made vehicle service packages that may be required. These are usually designed together with the private or corporate client in mind and, especially where customised vehicles are concerned, in close collaboration with the manufacturer. The centre also fulfils tenders issued by the Gozo General Hospital and Enemalta.

This group of skill-sets has resulted in the centre obtaining Grade A classification given by the MCCA (Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority) that follows the Thatcham (U.K.) standards.
